We also may accept items of clothing that are not a brand name but that are really cute and in excellent or new condition however, those items will not be sold at brand name level pricing.  Here are a few of our favorites:

Merchandise Preparation

1. All clothing must be in excellent condition. Please do not include clothing that has stains, missing buttons, broken zippers or ties, loose hem lines, weak seams, or excessive signs of wear.
2. All clothes should be washed unless they have never been worn before. Please indicate if any of the items are brand new.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any clothing we deem not suitable for resale.
4. Please ensure the styles are trendy, and not older than 3-4 years
5. Jewelry must be clean and free of tarnish.
6. Jewelry, hair accessories and earrings must be sent in ziplock plastic bags and be in matching pairs.  Just Us will then sterilize and repackage for resale.
7. Just Us also consigns room decor (such as bedding, throw pillows, and curtains),shoes, hair accessories, scarves, purses and ect.
8. Just Us does not accept any bath, body or cosmetics products.  These are items that are purchased brand new by Just Us from distributors for resale.

Clothing Collection

1. Fill out the Consignment Registration Form and submit.
2. You will recieve a consignment contract along with shipping instructions via email.
3. You will need to set up a paypal account if you do not already have one.
4. Ship clothing to our shipping address along with consignment contract.
5. Once Clothing is recieved it will be inspected.
6. Sellable Items will be photographed and placed on our website within 5 days of arrival. 
7. You will recieve a spreadsheet document via email listing all items recieved, items to be sold with prices, items that are not acceptable for resale and your customer number.  At that time, you will also recieve an invoice for return shipping for items that cannot be resold.  Once payment for return shipping is recieved your items will be shipped.  Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
8. Please be sure all items are in excellent condition and clean before you ship.
 

Consignment Terms and Conditions

1. Items will be kept on consignment for a period of 90 days. This period will start from the day the items are displayed on our website. 
2. You will be paid 60% of the selling price.
3. A contract will be e-mailed to you and must be completed, signed and returned with your shipment of clothing.
4. Items that are unsellable or not sold within the consignment period can be shipped back to you from Just Us Tween Consignment Boutique at your expense.
5. We do have a “sale” option for 30 days after the 60 day consignment period. The sale price will be reduced by 25% for this period.
6. Shipping expenses for Unsold items must be paid within15 days after the 90 day consignment period, or will become property of Just Us Tween Consignment Boutique to be  donated to the charity of our choosing.
7. If you prefer not to have your items returned they will become property of Just Us Tween Consignment Boutique to be  donated to a chairity of our choice.

Payments

1. You must have a paypal account to buy or sell.
2. Payments will be made via paypal account  after your item has sold and payment has cleared. 
3. Return shipping costs will be invoiced to you through paypal and will need to be paid in full within 15 days with your paypal account.
4. Just Us Consignment Boutique uses paypal only for all transactions.

Occasionally we also purchase clothing out right.

This depends upon our inventory level for the current season. You will recieve immediate payment through your pay pal account if your items are purchased by Just Us Tween Consignment Boutique. The same terms and conditions apply to the clothing we purchase right away. The major difference is you get your payment rather than consigning for the 90 period.

We price competively at reasonable prices. Below you will find examples on how our pricing schedule works.  Note, this is an example!  Depending on the garment brand and condition we may increase or decrease the resale price.
